About the other XEmacs lists

I think there are still some rough spots with the web interface.

If I go to http://www.xemacs.org/Lists/index.html#xemacs-cvs and then
click on the "Subscribe or change subscription by HTTP" link, I get a
404 ("The requested URL /lists/listinfo/xemacs-cvs/ was not found on
this server.").

Subscription by email does work now, at least for xemacs-cvs.  I may
need to resubmit my request for xemacs-patches.
