        What's the usual sense for prefix then ? At least, it was coherent
with the --with-site-prefixes option which has been around for quite a while
now (and also quite useful).

        OK, so IIUC what I was looking for is the --with-system-packages
option. 'don't consider this naming scheme as an improvement, but anyway.
