Hi folks,
I donât know. Perhaps Karl doesnât have the time nor
the resources to support it any more and he suspects we do?
In early 2004, I was told in the course of a conversation with Adrian
Aichner that XEmacs already included crypt.el as a standard file (which
I had not known), and that their/your crypt.el *was* crypt++.el, just
not installed under that name. Hence the pointer in my README and
ChangeLog. Is something awry? Is it not supported in XEmacs either?
Anyway, you're right that I can't support it any more. I get occasional
email about it, and my response is always "would you like to be the
maintainer":). So far, no takers ...
Does that clarify anything?
Cheers,
karl
