any news for full UTF8 support in 21.5.x

Well I meant in the _weak_ sense, that Xemacs does not corrupt
Unicode, chars, as it did (see my messages a couple of month ago). I
personally do not need (right now) full UTF-8 support in the _strong_
sense, that is that Xemacs correctly generates such chars.
