Package "make distclean" misses files

Okay, packages are building.  That takes awhile.  In the meantime, I
tried doing "make distclean" followed by "cvs update -I !" and found one
other file that should have been nuked:

xemacs-packages/eshell/esh-groups.el~

I assume that XEmacs touches that file somehow during the package
building process.
