[Bug: 21.5-b26] The patch file 21.5.25-21.5.26 is empty -- what gives?

I'll see what I can do about fixing the patch file, but it may take a
while, it's generated by a 3rd-party perl script that didn't seem to
be maintained last I looked.

Still, I strongly recommend using CVS instead of FTP + patch.  There
is very little quality control on beta releases; they're more to give
a convenient place to roll back CVS, and a chance to pat the
contributors on the back, than thought out test releases.  CVS gives
you a lot more control over which version you get, and an easy way to
update to the latest patches if you need them.
